Is there a conference room I can book?
Not at this time — we don't have a dedicated conference room for rent. That said, both members and non-members are welcome to host small meetings in the shared space. Just reach out to check availability and we'll help you get set up.
What does Cannon River Coworking have to offer?
We've thought of everything so you don't have to. Choose from soft open seating, flex desks, or one of our six dedicated desks — each equipped with a locked cabinet and personal locker. For those who need more privacy, we offer two locked private cubicles, two locked private offices, and a phone booth for calls that can't wait. Need a little more room to spread out on a call? Our quiet room is the members' favorite escape — a roomier retreat built for phone and Zoom meetings. And when you just need air, there's a small outdoor area out back for breaks.
Every membership comes with high-speed internet, a copier/fax machine, standard office supplies, and a fully stocked kitchenette. Grab a snack from the “Snack Shack,” and enjoy free unlimited water, coffee, espresso, and tea — on us, every day.
Dedicated desk, cubicle, and private office members also receive reserved private parking, a professional mailing address, and secure 24/7 access to the space. Security cameras keep everything protected around the clock.
Can I rent the space for a private event?
Yes. The entire space is available to rent on evenings, weekends, and holidays — office meetings, small classes, social gatherings, baby and wedding showers, and more. Rental is $75 for the first two hours, plus $20 for each additional hour; on holidays it's $150 for the first two hours, plus $40 for each additional hour. You're welcome to bring your own food and drink, and a staff member stays on site to assure your event goes smoothly and our members' belongings remain secure.
